Desptach Policy

Products are despatched usually the day we receive the order, and no more than 2 business days of receipt of your order (except during national and international exhibitions when short delays of between 2 and 3 days may be experienced - when this applies, the relevant days are highlighted on the web site's order form). If a product is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated despatch date. Orders will be filled in the order they are received.

Despatch/handling charges may apply to customers outside of the UK (see details on web site).

Returns and Refund Policy

You have the option to notify QEd Publications of your intention to return unwanted goods within 7 days of purchase/receipt of goods (whichever is longer), in exchange for a full refund, with no penalty.

In case of cancellation, if the goods have already been despatched and the goods are not faulty then the return delivery costs will be borne by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be borne by QEd Publications.
