An introduction to using empathy dolls in early years and primary settings 

Description

A basic introduction to the principles behind the "Empathy Dolls" way of working.

Focuses on "What is Empathy?", "Why it is relevant to children’s development?" and how dolls can be used to help every child in every setting to explore their own emotions and feelings with a view to eventually being able to empathise with others.

Each attendee receives a doll worth £40 to take away with you so you can harness you enthusiasm straight away.

Length of presentation/s

2 hrs ( ideal for extended staff meetings and twilight sessions). All day version also available.

Target audience

All early years and primary professionals including teachers, nursery staff and childminders.

Charges

Various packages available – charged per head and include free doll (worth £40) per person to take away on day of training.
